Customer service impact is expected for listed customer below during 30m. Cluster will be unavailable for the duration of the Maintenance Window. After activity is finished the traffic on the cluster will be resumed, starting with the customers that have this dependency.

No customer service impact is expected. In the unlikely event of a brief interruption, traffic will be handled by existing redundancy mechanisms and services should automatically recover upon reattempt.
